Debris Removal from Synthetic and Artificial Turf Putting Greens

The fastest way to remove debris from synthetic turf putting greens is to blow off the green.  The main concern when using a blower on a sand-filled synthetic turf green is to not remove the sand.  Light blowing and quick movement of the blower will remove leaves, pine straw and most any other items that have collected on the green.

Heavy debris like trees and large limbs should be removed immediately.  These items can cause damage to the turf.
