What is your installation going to be used for?  Once we have an understanding of how you would like to utilize our product on your property, we can begin the process of designing proper choice for you and your budget.  Playgrounds with equipment that require certain fall height ratings will utilize our foam padding that is installed under the turf and measures from 1 to 3 inches thick.  One of our customers is a martial arts expert who took advantage of this padding to allow for practice in a backyard.  Now with over one inch of padding and a surface that drains better than natural grass his home is his own personal dojo.

Many lawns and playground utilize our padding surface to allow for play and safety of children and martial artists.  Our golf surfaces are installed with crushed stone bases similar to a road base or pavers.  These rock bases provide the stability that cannot be created with compacted soil.  Most golf installations will utilize soil or fill dirt to help create the undulations and slopes desired to deliver interesting playing conditions because they are less expensive than crushed stone aggregate.  Once the area is prepared with the fill dirt, a rock base can be installed, smoothed and compacted for a foundation that will provide the stability necessary for year of enjoyable golf.
 
Artificial turf lawns can utilize either a padded base or crushed stone base depending on the  size of the area, budget of the project, access to the site and obviously the intended use of the area.
